Please join us on October 30th at 6 pm for the closing potluck for the exhibition “Blood at the Root: Unearthing Stories of State Violence Against Black Women and Girls.”

We will share updates about the cases of Paris Knox, Sandra Bland, Tondalo Hall, Rekia Boyd and more. In honor of domestic violence awareness month. we wiill discuss the intersections between interpersonal violence and state violence againts Black women and girls.

We will also spend time writing letters to incarcerated Black women.

We invite you to join us for this event. Please bring something to share (food, drink, dessert). Spread the word.
